These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and glodsbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision in these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use glodsbet.
Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

glodsbet reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by glodsbet will result in account suspension pending review. Any winnings accrued during a period when a player did not meet the eligibility criteria are void and will be forfeited.
Account Registration
To access the full range of glodsbet services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and live casino play — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. glodsbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account registration and use are subject to the following conditions:
- All information provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must notify glodsbet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support@glodsbet.
- glodsbet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, without being required to give a reason, subject to returning any legitimate balance to the player.
- Account registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances reviewed.
- Players must update their account information promptly if any registered details change, particularly mobile number or payment method details.
Deposits & Withdrawals
glodsbet supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services and select banking channels. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposits are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your glodsbet account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by the payment provider's system are outside glodsbet's control.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your glodsbet account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

- Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
- glodsbet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the account has not previously been fully verified.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in the bonus terms for each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
- Any withdrawal request that appears to be connected with fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation. glodsbet will cooperate fully with any relevant authority in such cases.
Bonuses & Promotions
glodsbet offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per eligible player, per household, and per device, unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Upon expiry, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.
- glodsbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect a bonus that a player has already begun wagering.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
- glodsbet does not use countdown timers, artificial scarcity claims, or pressure-based communications to push players into claiming bonuses. All promotional participation is entirely voluntary.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on glodsbet is subject to the following rules, which apply across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, wheel games, and specialty titles.
Sports Betting (including Cricket):
- All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
- Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. If the odds on your selection change between the time you initiate a bet and the time you confirm it, you will be notified of the new odds and given the option to accept or decline.
- In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void after fewer than the required number of overs or periods have been completed, all affected bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport and competition — details are published in the sports betting rules section of glodsbet.
- Cricket markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI series, and other major international competitions. Market availability may vary by competition and match.
- Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected matches. Live odds update in real time; glodsbet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time if there is a risk of technical error or data feed interruption.
Casino Games (Live Casino, Slots, Wheel, Specialty):

Prohibited Conduct

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate glodsbet transaction without first exhausting the dispute resolution process described in Section 12 of these Terms.
- System Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with glodsbet's technical infrastructure, servers, or software.
Account Suspension & Closure
glodsbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failure to pass identity verification checks or failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
- A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity that warrants further investigation.
- Extended inactivity: accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. glodsbet will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before any dormancy fees are applied or the account is closed.
Upon voluntary account closure requested by the player, any remaining cash balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Upon closure due to a breach of these Terms, glodsbet reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@glodsbet at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt on Bangladesh Standard Time.
Intellectual Property
All content on glodsbet — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of glodsbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By using glodsbet, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content from glodsbet without prior written consent;
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any glodsbet content or software;
- Use any glodsbet trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that misrepresents your relationship with glodsbet;

Limitation of Liability

- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by a third party, where such access results from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, glodsbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of cash deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Amendments to Terms

Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's product offering, improvements to player protection measures, or corrections of typographical or factual errors.
When material changes are made to these Terms, glodsbet will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
- Where practicable, notify registered players via their registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification;
- Give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible, though this is not guaranteed in all circumstances.
Your continued use of glodsbet after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of these Terms published on glodsbet at any given time is the version that governs your use of the platform at that time. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request by contacting support@glodsbet.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. glodsbet operates as an international platform serving players including those based in Bangladesh.
Dispute Resolution Process: In the event that you have a complaint or dispute regarding glodsbet's services, you must follow the steps below before pursuing any external remedy:

Our support team operates 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — Escalated Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, request an escalated review by a senior member of the glodsbet compliance team. Escalated reviews are completed within 7 business days.
- Step 3 — Final Decision: If the escalated review does not resolve the dispute, glodsbet will issue a Final Decision letter. This letter represents glodsbet's final position on the matter.
glodsbet will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Players are encouraged to engage with the dispute resolution process in good faith before pursuing any other remedy. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal prior to completing Steps 1–3 above will be treated as a breach of these Terms under Section 7.
